Dr. Skoch is from Northeast Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University. He received his Masters degree from the University of Kentucky and his D.D.S. degree from Creighton University School of Dentistry in Omaha, Nebraska. He completed his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency at the LaCrosse Lutheran Hospital/Gunderson Clinic in LaCrosse, Wisconsin.

Dr. Skoch is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS), Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Diplomate of National Dental Board of Anesthesiology, Fellow of The American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, Member of the Arkansas Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, Member of the American Dental Association (ADA), Arkansas State Dental Association (ASDA), and Northwest Arkansas District Dental Society (NWDDS). He has served as president of the Northwest Arkansas District Dental Society, as well as the Northeast Kansas Dental Society.

Dr. Skoch and his wife, Robin a ceramic artist, live in Fayetteville. They enjoy spending time with family and friends, outdoor activities and traveling.
